About the Role

Ram Empire India is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with prior sales experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
• Additional ₹20,000* as per applicable company terms/role structure.
