Job Description

REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER – NEXT2ONE REALTY

Location: C-620A SPECTRUM METRO MALL SECTOR 75 NOIDA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in residential real estate sales in Noida

Job Role:

Handle residential property sales, client follow-ups, property visits, negotiations and deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Noida residential sales
  • Good knowledge of Noida property market
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong follow-up and sales ability
  • Target-oriented and able to close deals independently

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based, starting from ₹20,000 onwards with unlimited earning potential.
