Job Description:
We are looking for an honest, punctual and active Office Boy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep office, cabins, meeting room and pantry clean and tidy. Dusting, sweeping and maintaining overall hygiene.
2. Tea & Coffee Service: Make and serve tea, coffee and water to staff and guests on time.
3. Assistance to Managers: Help managers and staff with basic office tasks, photocopy, filing, courier, etc.
4. Pantry & Supplies: Maintain pantry supplies, stock of tea/coffee, water, and inform when stock is low.
5. Other Support: bank work, and other outdoor tasks as needed. Greet guests politely.
