Job Description
- Cover residential society issues, events, Hot-topics, sports, CSR activities, and community initiatives.
- Write news articles, event bites, feature stories, and resident success stories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with RWAs, AOAs, society committees, and residents.
- Expand the network by onboarding new residential societies for regular news coverage.
- Coordinate with society representatives for event planning, coverage, and timely updates.
- Capture photos and videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Use AI tools to generate content drafts, event summaries, and communication materials.
- Maintain a database of societies, contacts, and upcoming community events.
- Track community trends, engagement metrics, and content performance.
- Identify sponsorship, advertising, and partnership opportunities within residential communities.
- Collaborate with local businesses, schools, NGOs, and service providers for community engagement.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting while strengthening the organization's community presence.
- Personal vehicle is mandatory
