Job Description
SENIOR BARTENDER
📍 Gurugram
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Bartender for a premium speakeasy bar in Gurugram. You will be the anchor behind the bar — executing cocktails at a consistently high standard while owning the energy of your section.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and spirits to spec and presentation standard
- Support the Bar Manager in training junior bartenders
- Maintain bar cleanliness, mise en place and stock levels during service
- Engage with guests confidently — your personality matters as much as your pour
- Contribute ideas to the drinks menu during R&D sessions
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a cocktail bar or premium venue
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixology techniques and garnish work
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Team player who can also lead from the bar when required
