ASSISTANT MANAGER – GUEST EXPERIENCE
📍 Gurugram
About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Guest Experience) for a premium speakeasy bar. You will be the face of the guest journey — from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave — and the operational backbone on the floor.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end guest experience across every service
- Manage floor operations including seating, pacing and team coordination
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests with confidence
- Lead the team during events and activations
- Support with scheduling and daily briefings
- Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently across shifts
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Calm under pressure — ability to handle a full house and difficult guests
- Prior experience in premium restaurants, bars or hotels preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and English
