Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Experience: 1–4 years

Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can generate high-quality leads for real estate projects through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search + PMax), at the lowest possible CPL. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate lead funnel (residential/commercial), CRM integration, and lead quality optimization.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion campaigns)
  • Conduct targeted audience research and segmentation for real estate projects (residential/commercial/plots)
  • Optimize CPL without compromising lead quality — adjust daily/weekly budgets and bid strategy
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
  • Set up lead forms (Instant Forms/Google Lead Form Extensions) and integrate with CRM (WhatsApp API, Google Sheets, or CRM tools)
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports — CPL, CTR, CPM, Lead Quality Score, ROAS
  • Track competitor analysis and market trends
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and closing ratio
  • Run retargeting campaigns (website visitors, form abandoners, past leads)
  • Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Lead Form Ads)
  • Proven track record in real estate lead generation (portfolio/case studies preferred)
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API)
  • Reporting and data analysis skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, or any CRM)
  • Experience with budget allocation and scaling strategy
  • Good to HaveKnowledge of WhatsApp Business API / Chatbot integration
  • Basic creative designing skills (Canva) for ad creatives
  • SEO/Content marketing basics
  • Familiarity with real estate developer/channel partner networks
  • KPIs (Performance Measured On)Achieving Cost Per Lead (CPL) targets
  • Lead-to-Site Visit conversion ratio
  • Ad account health and quality score
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
