Job Description
Manage and maintain CRM database with accurate lead and customer information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and ensure minimum lead leakage.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospects.
Track leads through the complete sales funnel—from inquiry to booking.
Update daily activities, follow-ups, site visits, and lead status in CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Team, Telecalling Team & Management for smooth lead movement.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
Monitor Meetings-to-Site Visit and Site Visit-to-Booking ratios.
