HR Executive

1. Talent Acquisition (High-Volume Recruitment)

• End-to-End Sourcing: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for Domestic collections processes using job portals, local consultants, social media, and walk-ins.
• Volume Hiring: Meet weekly and monthly headcount targets for tele-callers, collections agents, and team leaders.
• Skill Assessment: Filter candidates strictly based on communication proficiency, negotiation abilities, compliance mindset, and stress tolerance required for call centre environments.
• Pipeline Management: Build a continuous pipeline of backup candidates to counter the naturally high attrition rates of the collections sector.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Onboarding & Induction: Conduct background verifications, manage complete employee documentation, create profiles in HR systems, and deliver company orientation.
• Attendance & Shift Management: Track daily attendance, roster adherence, login-hours discrepancy, and manage leave records for payroll processing.
• Grievance Redressal & Retention: Act as the first point of contact for employee issues; implement creative engagement activities to reduce agent churn.
• Exit Management: Manage the formal offboarding process, full and final (F&F) settlements, and conduct exit interviews to track attrition drivers.
