We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to handle bulk hiring for Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Bulk Hiring: Source, screen and hire candidates for Non-IT profiles in large numbers End-to-end Recruitment: Job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordination, and onboardingSourcing: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins for candidate generationCoordination: Work with hiring managers and operations team to understand requirementsDocumentation: Maintain hiring tracker, MIS reports and candidate databaseOnboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected c andidatesRequirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or any stream1-3 years experience in bulk hiring / mass hiring preferredGood communication and convincing skillsKnowledge of job portals: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedInAbility to meet targets and work under pressure. Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Coordination, Target Oriented.
