Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle candidate communication professionally throughout the hiring process.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
