Job Description
To support and manage central HR statutory and labor compliance across the organization, ensuring timely compliance, proper documentation, regular audits and effective coordination with HR teams at manufacturing units and other locations.
Key
Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance
· Monitor and ensure compliance relating to EPF/PF, ESIC, minimum wages, wage payment, overtime, working hours and leave.
· Monitor timely statutory payments, returns, registrations and employee-related updates.
· Maintain compliance records and ensure audit readiness.
Factory & Labour Compliance
· Monitor applicable factory/establishment statutory registers, records and returns.
· Ensure compliance relating to contract labour, including contractor licenses, wages, PF/ESI, attendance and statutory records.
· Coordinate with unit HR teams for closure of compliance gaps.
