MoneyTree Realty is a real estate advisory and sales organization focused on delivering high-quality property solutions to customers while building strong relationships with leading real estate developers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead and drive the sales function across assigned projects and teams.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue and booking targets, developing high-performing sales teams, managing key developer relationships, improving conversion rates, and driving business growth across residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
- Monitor daily sales activities, leads, site visits, bookings, collections, and conversions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
