Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new unsecured business loan customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partners
- Identify and approach MSMEs, traders, shop owners, and self-employed professionals
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and repayment structure
- Collect, verify, and submit customer documentation (KYC, bank statements, GST, ITR, etc.)
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan approval
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
