Job Description

Business Development Associate Location: Noida Sector 126 | Experience: 0–3 Years

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to counsel Indian nurses and working professionals on overseas career opportunities in Germany and Japan, while promoting our German language training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and engage candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  • Promote overseas job opportunities and language training programs.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
