We are looking for a Field person responsible for customer verification and payment follow-ups. The role will involve visiting customers at their residence or business locations, verifying KYC, address, employment/business details, and other relevant information, as well as regularly following up with customers for timely loan installment payments. The candidate will communicate professionally with customers, and escalate any payment delays. The role requires good communication skills.
