Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to handle the online marketing activities of our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through digital channels, managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, and improving the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate high-quality property leads through online marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve better ROI and lead quality.
• Manage and grow the company's social media pages.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Plan social media calendars, posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and sales teams for marketing creatives and campaigns.
• Manage website content and ensure property/project information is updated regularly.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Analyze competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
• Manage online reputation, reviews, and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Requirements

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing and property lead generation is a plus.
