Job Summary - We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing professional to manage and execute digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for SEO, social media management, paid advertising, lead generation, content creation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Handle company social media pages and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Plan and execute SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and website performance improvement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Create and coordinate social media posts, reels, videos, posters, and other digital content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
