Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the companys social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories and campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other creative teams.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach and overall brand visibility.
• Track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, contests and collaborations.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and maintain the company’s online image.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Good understanding of content creation, reels, trends and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
