Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via calls to provide information about renewable energy products and services.
  • Advise customers on suitable renewable energy solutions based on their needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales representative
  • Pitch products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support and assistance.
  • Transfer calls to team leaders o when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services.


RequirementsExcellent

  • communication skills with strong English proficiency and grammar.
  • Good listening skills with a patient and customer-friendly approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
