Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging machines.
• Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with the production, technical, and sales teams.
• Track the complete sales process from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers when required and support order closure.
• Keep customers updated about order status and requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and avoid missed leads.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while dealing with customers.

• Basic knowledge of sales and quotations.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
