Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for Deprag industrial screwdriving, automation and assembly solutions across North India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities across the automation and manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, automation companies and key industrial customers.
- Identify customer applications and propose suitable Deprag solutions.
- Develop the Deprag business across Delhi, Gurgaon, Manesar and the wider North Indian region.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Deprag’s technical/service team for application requirements, installation, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, projects and sales closures.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer automation requirements and emerging industry opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Engineering degree/diploma, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automation.
- Experience in industrial automation / factory automation / assembly automation.
- Good working knowledge of PLC/SCADA, pneumatics, electronics and automation systems.
- Strong technical understanding with good sales and business development skills.
- Existing network and customer relationships within the automation / manufacturing industry in North India would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation and lead-generation skills.
