Hiring Requirement – Customer Service Associate (Inbound/Upselling)

Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualification·

Graduate Fresher’s are eligible.

·        Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.

·        Undergraduate fresher’s may be considered only if they possess exceptional communication skills.

·        Candidates should not have any examinations scheduled within the first 4 months of joining.

Exclusions:-        

Fresh graduates from B.Pharma, BCA, BA LLB, and B.Tech streams are not eligible for this requirement.

·        Candidates from these educational backgrounds may be considered only if they possess 6–12 months of relevant customer service experience and meet the required communication standards.

Communication Requirement:-

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

·        Candidates must be proficient in both English and Hindi.

·        English proficiency should be equivalent to Versant Level 4 or above.

Job Details Role:- Customer Service Associate – Inbound/Upselling

Employment Type:- Permanent

Shift Details:-        

6 Days Working

·        Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

·        9 Hours Shift (including breaks)

·        Weekly Off

Work Schedule:-

Male Employees (WFO) 

·        Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Female Employees (WFO) 

·        Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Note: No leaves will be permitted during the first 3 months of employment.

3.     SVAR Assessment (Minimum Qualifying Score: 48)

4.     Client Round

Additional Earnings:-

30 Days Classroom Training

·        18 Days On-the-Job Training (OJT)

·        Salary applicable from Day 1

Important: The first salary will be processed after successful completion of the training assessment and mock evaluation.
