Job Description
Customer Support Executive Home revaloriser
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer emails through Zoho Mail and customer updates via WhatsApp & MSG91.
- Manage customer queries, order status, delivery updates, returns, and complaints.
- Handle customer calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on abandoned checkouts and convert potential customers into successful orders.
- Coordinate with shipping and sales teams for smooth order processing.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and email management.
- Strong convincing and sales conversion skills.
- Freshers can apply.
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 11 AM–7 PM.
