Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
  • Follow up with customers for timely repayment.
  • Negotiate payment plans and repayment commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Follow company policies and RBI guidelines during recovery calls.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle targets and customer interactions.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Collections, Recovery, or BPO will be an advantage.
