Urgent Hiring For - Utkarsh Bank HL ,LAP Sales


Location - Delhi , Noida , Ghaziabad , Greater Noida, Gurugoan,


Qualification- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Field Sourcing:
  • Conduct regular field visits, cold-calling, and direct customer meetings to pitch home loans and LAP options.
  • Build and maintain a network of channel partners, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate brokers, CA firms, and property consultants. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Customer Interaction & Advisory:
  • Understand customer funding needs, evaluate eligibility, and recommend suitable home loan or mortgage packages.
  • Explain interest rates, repayment tenure, charges, and documentation requirements clearly to clients. [1, 2]
  • Documentation & File Processing:
  • Collect, check, and verify KYC, income, property, and legal/technical papers as per company or bank guidelines.
