About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Manager/ Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client queries and negotiate effectively.
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups.
- Property hunting.
