Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients and contribute to the company's growth in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through various sources.
- Connect with potential corporate and industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Handle B2B sales activities and follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule client meetings and understand their business requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales closing process.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead databases.
- Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Biofuels, Renewable Energy or Industrial Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Salary & Benefits₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
