Job Description

1. Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and chat, providing information about our Online programs.

2. Understand students' academic and professional goals, and provide tailored guidance.

3. Address queries, concerns, and objections to facilitate enrollment decisions.

4. Provide information on program curriculum, faculty, accreditation, and career services.

6. Guide students through the application and admission process.

7. Meet monthly enrollment targets and contribute to team goals.

8. Maintain accurate records of interactions, conversions, and follow-ups.

9. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure seamless student experience.

10. Stay up-to-date on program offerings, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
