Job Description
We're seeking a Travel Sales Executive to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for our customers. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for customers, including flights, hotels, and activities.
- Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of travel experiences.
