Job Description
Handle customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements.
Prepare customized tour packages, itineraries and quotations.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters and other travel vendors.
Handle bookings for hotels, vehicles and tour packages.
Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Provide information about destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth coordination before and during the customer's trip.
Maintain booking records and update client details in Excel/MIS.
Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain good client relationships.
