Job Description

Handle day-to-day travel bookings for domestic and international flights.

Follow up on payments, cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.

Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.

Provide prompt and professional customer support.


Requirements:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email/WhatsApp.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Training Period:

1 month training will be provided to understand the company’s work process, booking procedures, travel products, and customer handling.
