Job SummaryWe are looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing and cashiering activities at our retail store while ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily billing and cash counter operations.
• Generate accurate invoices and process customer payments.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
• Verify prices, discounts, offers, and product details before billing.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
• Maintain daily sales and billing records.
• Reconcile cash and digital payments at the end of the shift.
• Coordinate with the sales and store teams regarding billing and product availability.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and transactions.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Report billing discrepancies or technical issues to the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in retail billing/cashiering preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing software and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
