Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to generate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- EligibilityFreshers and candidates with up to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
