Position: Customer Support Executive

Department: Customer Support / E-commerce

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Weekly Off: No weekly off

Leave: 2 emergency leaves per month, subject to company policy and management approval.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Provide information regarding products, prices, availability, orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Track orders and coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds as per company policy.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and e-commerce teams.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful approach.
• Report recurring customer issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Perform other customer-support-related duties assigned by management.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience in customer support, retail, e-commerce, or telecalling preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
• Good problem-solving and listening skills.
• Patient, polite, responsible, and customer-focused.
