Job Description
Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist
Company: Rawat Constructions
Location: Rohini, Sector 24, Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Wednesday Off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Call Meta-generated leads and qualify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic property information.
- Share qualified leads and customer details on the CRM portal.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and site visits.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception.
- Handle basic reception and front-office responsibilities.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/reception/front office, preferably in Real Estate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM working experience preferred.
- Confident, polite and presentable personality.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives
