Head - Customer Support

About the Role:

Vin Grace Solutions is looking for a Head – AMC & Customer Service to take complete ownership of our after-sales operations and build a strong, customer-first AMC business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage customers, lead service teams, solve problems and drive AMC renewals and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete AMC and after-sales function.
• Drive AMC renewals, conversions and recurring revenue.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage technicians and coordinate service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Track complaints, response times and service quality.
• Build simple, effective systems for AMC tracking and customer follow-ups.
• Work closely with sales, installation and technical teams.
• Maintain service records and provide regular performance reports.
• Build a reliable and responsive after-sales team.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduate – mandatory.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in elevators, lifts, accessibility, mobility equipment or related technical industries – mandatory.
• Strong experience in AMC and after-sales service.
• Proven ability to manage customers and service teams.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical Engineer/Diploma holder – an added advantage.
