Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our Software/IT Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our software products and services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and scheduling product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.

* Explain software products, services, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

* Follow up with existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

* Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.

* Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

* Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
