We're hiring Team Leaders to lead sales and marketing teams — meeting customers, closing deals, and coaching your team to hit targets. Great fit if you're competitive, ready to lead and looking for a career rather than a job.
What You'll Do
* Lead and motivate a team of 4-6 Business Development Executives
* Join client meetings to support and close deals
* Track daily team performance and report numbers
* Train new joiners on product pitch and objection handling
* Drive team targets and push for results
