Job Description

  • Operations Management:
  • Manage daily salon operations and ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon appearance.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure equipment is functional and well-maintained.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff (stylists, therapists, front desk).
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leaves.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Manage bookings, inquiries, and client relationships.
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Meet revenue and service targets.
  • Upsell services/products.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure health & safety regulation compliance.
  • Maintain records of services, sales, and staff performance.
