Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Supervisor to independently manage end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing, packing, dispatching, and timely shipments.
• Handle returns, inwarding, stock verification, and quality control (QC).
• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and stock management.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for all warehouse operations.
• Monitor order accuracy, minimize errors, returns, and operational losses.
• Maintain daily MIS reports for dispatches, returns, inventory, and staff performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, team accountability, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to independently manage a team.

Preferred: Experience managing high-volume e-commerce operations (1000+ orders/day).

Candidate must be proactive, disciplined, process-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of warehouse operations.
