E-Commerce Manager

Growthspire Labs LLP is an online distribution company for internationally licensed fragrance brands in India. Our portfolio includes Reebok, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Pepe Jeans and Women'secret, sold as perfumes, deodorants, combo packs and gift sets.

We sell on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra and quick commerce platforms such as Flipkart Minutes, Zepto and Blinkit. We are a small, fast-moving team, so this role has real ownership from day one.

Job Overview: You will make sure every order ships on time, every unit is accounted for, and every listing is live, accurate and selling. You will run the seller panels, own stock reconciliation with our warehouse and manufacturer, build new listings as the range grows, and be the first point of contact for marketplace account teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Daily order processing

• Process all marketplace orders daily within SLA: accept, pack, label, generate invoices and hand over to logistics partners
• Fulfil B2B purchase orders (POs) from Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Myntra and quick commerce platforms, including appointment booking
• Track dispatches, delays, cancellations and RTOs; resolve stuck shipments with courier partners
• Handle returns, damage claims and SPF/SAFE-T claims, and follow through until reimbursed
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on picking accuracy and packaging standards

2. Inventory count and reconciliation

• Run daily stock updates and weekly physical cycle counts; lead a full count every month
• Reconcile stock across the warehouse, marketplace FCs, manufacturer dispatches and sales records; investigate and close every variance
• Maintain SKU-level inventory, including singles, Po2/Po3 combos and gift sets that share components
• Track batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates; flag slow-moving and near-expiry stock
• Raise replenishment alerts and help prepare purchase plans and POs to the manufacturer
• Reconcile marketplace payments and settlements against orders, returns, fees and commissions

3. Listing creation

• Create new listings on Flipkart, Amazon (flat files), Myntra and quick commerce portals using category templates
• Write keyword-rich titles, bullet points and descriptions; maintain fragrance notes, EANs/HSN, MRP and dimensions accurately
• Brief and coordinate product images, A+ content and infographics; ensure all creatives follow brand licensor guidelines
• Create images through AI prompts (basic)
• Fix listing errors, QC rejections and suppressed listings quickly
• Keep a master catalogue sheet that stays the single source of truth across all portals

4. E-commerce portal management

• Manage seller panels day to day: pricing, offers, deal and sale-event participation, stock levels and account health
• Monitor ratings, reviews, seller-metric scores and policy compliance; act before issues become penalties
• Work with marketplace account managers, category teams and seller support; raise and close tickets
• Support onboarding to new platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart Minutes, Zepto, Blinkit), including documentation and brand authorisation
• Coordinate with the ads and marketing team on stock readiness for campaigns and sale events

5. Reporting

• Share a daily sales and order summary and a weekly MIS on sales, stock cover, returns and account health
• Track GMV, ASP, DRR and stock cover by SKU and flag risks early
