Designation: Senior Solar consultant
Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor
Location: Delhi
Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Solar Consultant to drive residential solar sales. The role involves meeting customers, generating business from existing leads and new prospects, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead engagement to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales visits and meet existing leads and potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Manage regular follow-ups with customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/software.
- Travel locally for customer meetings and sales activities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience is required.
- Experience in B2C sales, business development, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
