Job Description

Banner and Poster Designing (Graphic Designing): Designing engaging banners, promotional offers, and festive posts daily for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

• Content & Reels Creation: Creating short videos and Reels that showcase the gated society's location, plot sizes, amenities (roads, water, electricity), and security features.

• Social Media Management: Regularly updating the company’s Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn profiles.

• Lead Generation Campaigns: Running paid ads on Facebook and Instagram to capture the names and phone numbers of potential plot buyers.

• Community Engagement (Customer Inquiry Handling): Promptly responding to customer comments and messages (DMs) on social media and forwarding their contact details to the sales team.

• Local Promotion (Local Group Marketing): Regularly sharing society details in property-related Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
