Reports to : Head of Marketing

Experience & Other Requirements :

● Minimum 1-2 years in marketing, preferably in hospitality, wellness, luxury, or events

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Good communication skills

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Travel : Role may require travel across India for meetings & major events

Role Objective:

To support and execute day-to-day marketing activities , manage content and brand coordination, and ensure smooth communication across teams, partners, and platforms.

Reporting To

● Head of Marketing

● Will also manage marketing interns (if any) Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Data Management

● Conduct research for: ○ New opportunities (corporate, government, partnerships, etc.)

● Maintain and organize: ○ Session data ○ Customer details ○ Feedback and reviews

2. Session Content & Quality Check

● Collect and manage: ○ Photos, videos, and client reviews from sessions/events

● Ensure: ○ Brand visibility is as per commitments ○ Customer experience is captured properly

3. Content Planning & Execution

● Plan: ○ Photography and videography for sessions/events

● Coordinate with: ○ Creators, photographers, and editors

● Assist in: ○ Creating content calendars and schedules

4. Social Media Coordination

● Act as POC for social media team

● Ensure: ○ Posts, reels, and stories are going out correctly ○ Right tags, captions, and terminology are used

● Monitor: ○ Collaborator, influencer, and venue posts

5. Influencer & Community Tracking

● Track: ○ Posts, reels, comments, and engagement

● Ensure: ○ Influencers and collaborators are posting as agreed

6. Engagement Management

● Ensure: ○ All comments and DMs are responded to on time

● Maintain a quick and professional response system

7. Brand & Partnership Support

● Assist in: ○ Brand proposals ○ Presentations ○ MOU coordination and documentation

● Join: ○ Brand meetings (online/offline)

8. Venue Partner Coordination

● Support: ○ Onboarding of new venues

● Coordinate with: ○ Hotels and partners for marketing requirements

9. Creatives & Scheduling

● Coordinate with designers for: ○ Creatives ○ Campaign materials

● Ensure: ○ Timely delivery and posting
