Job Description

Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive

Location: [Sarita Vihar]

Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell BharatMatrimony premium membership plans.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize sales conversions.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
