Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Credit Card Sales / Domestic BPO

Job Description:

  • Manage and motivate the Credit Card Sales team for a Domestic Process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversions.
  • Conduct coaching, briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Card Sales/Domestic BPO.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented with good sales knowledge.
