Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, bookkeeping, and import-related documentation.

• Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries.
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain billing records.
• Working Knowldge of GST & TDS
• Maintain and reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliation.
• Handle import invoices, bills, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and other parties.
• Have knowldge of Import documentation & custom duty
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
• Work on BUSY Accounting Software.
• Perform other day-to-day finance and accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in Accounts & Bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of billing, sales & purchase entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of import documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
