Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations: Oversee channel service operations, workshop readiness, and daily tasks like service turnaround time (TAT) reduction. [1]
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Quality Audits and company service standard operating procedures (SOPs). [1]
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), handle customer complaint redressal, and achieve target customer satisfaction (CSI) scores of 90%+. [1, 2]
- Warranty & Inventory: Manage warranty reconciliations/approvals and maintain core parts and spares inventory targets. [1]
