Job Description

Senior Accountant (NBFC)Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and branch reconciliations.
  • Manage loan disbursement, EMI posting, interest accrual, and collection accounting.
  • Support internal, statutory, and RBI audits.
  • Ensure accuracy in monthly and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Tally Prime / ERP
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • GST & TDS
  • Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
  • Financial Reporting & MIS
  • Loan & EMI Accounting
  • Audit Handling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Industry: NBFC / Microfinance / Banking / Financial Services
